For the past few months Janice Taylor from Blue sky career consulting,blue sky and I have been planning and developing a series of workshops on how to get the best out of your team.
Our sessions will start with Janice facilitating a discussion around any challenges your team may be facing and what it might mean . Its also an opportunity for each member to take stock of where they are in the team, and to share that in a safe and comfortable environment. Building trust, strengthening relationships so that as a team you can work more dynamically and effectively taking your business to the next level.
The chocolate making experience builds on from this and provides an opportunity ,for you to roll up your sleeves, put your apron on and get stuck in. You will learn about the journey from bean to bar and taste several dark single origin samples. After the tasting you will see a demonstration of making Ganache. The fun really kicks in when you hand roll your truffles and throw them into big bowls of tempered organic chocolate. There is ample chance for experimentation with flavours and decorations and creativity is encouraged at all times.
Everyone loves chocolate and it really is a recipe for team bonding among your workforce. Also each person gets to take home a goody bag filled with their creations.
The sessions are 2 hours each (total 4 hours) with an hour for lunch in between if you want. The cost per delegate starts at £89 each with a minimum of 10 people.
